What the seller will provide:
What the buyer will provide seller and puppy:
1. Buyer agrees to take puppy to there personal vet within 5 days of purchase or accept the findings
of our DVM to be true and pup to be in good health upon taking possession. Buyer also agrees to
provide veterinary health care for the life of the mastiff. To inform breeder of any major health
concerns promptly. Contract obligations of seller will be null and void if vet record of routine care is
not produced when requested.
2. Buyer agrees that this mastiff puppy be it pet, breeding, or show dog, will be a member of the
family and not kept as kennel dog.
3. Buyer agrees puppy/dog will be fed quality dog food and maintain proper nutrition. Follow
breeder guidelines for feeding during growing years of life.
4. Buyer agrees puppy will be house trained, have basic obedience training (be it at home or class)
and provide socialization.
5. Buyer agrees that if this mastiff is bred it will to be physically mature , only to another AKC Mastiff
, and the buyer is satisfied that both dogs are in good health and of good temperament.
6. Buyer agrees not to sell or transfer in any way, offspring of this dog into any brokerage or
commercial business wholesale or retail.
7. Buyer agrees if unable to keep this mastiff the breeder will be contacted ,the mastiff will be
returned to breeder at buyer expense or consulted as to the re homing of said mastiff.
8. Buyer agrees to complete and send to AKC the registration application within 1 week of taking
possession of this puppy.

1. The seller will provide a sound, healthy puppy raised in clean social environment for delivery
to buyer. We work closely with our vet to provide quality health care from birth.
This puppy will be examined by seller's vet at age 6 weeks, given physical, given first
vaccinations,had stool sample checked, and depending on time of year, started on heart worm
preventative as recommended by vet. The puppy will be current on health care at time of delivery
and have written health record .Will have second vet visit at 8 weeks.
2. The seller will provide The mastiff health information sheet created by MCOA that informs
potential buyer of health problems that can occur in mastiffs that may or may not be genetic . It
can be read at: http://mastiff.org/exhibit-hall/health/mhinfo.mv . In addition Breeder will
guarantee should puppy die or be put down due to genetic defect prior to age 30 months , the
breeder will provide a puppy of equal or greater value from next litter or full refund of purchase
price at breeders discretion upon receipt of written vet diagnosis of genetic defect as cause. If
puppy developed, sever hip dysplasia, blindness,epilepsy, or cardiomyopathy, in same time frame
(not caused by accident or neglect)and buyer commits to keeping the puppy, spaying or
neutering it, and providing necessary health care the breeder will refund purchase price.
Breeder reserves right to provide this compensation within 6 months of receiving written
diagnosis from a veterinary with treatment needed and informing that pup has been
spayed/neutered.
3. The seller will provide AKC registration or signed AKC application.
4. The seller will provide a 5 generation pedigree for the puppy.
5. The seller will take back the dog in the event that the owner can no longer keep it or help re
home this mastiff.
6. The seller agrees to provide direction and guidance for the life of the dog. Including
information on special needs of giant breed puppy.
7. The seller has had puppy micro chipped with Avid and prepaid registration is included.
